About

As a counsellor my job is to support individuals and couples through difficult times in their lives. It may sound corny, but I feel truly blessed to call this my “job”.

It took me a while to realize it was my calling, as I bounced from one incarnation to the next for the best part of 20 years: from business school to marketing and sales in the telecom industry, to certified yoga teacher to coach. Still twenty degrees away from my true self, I enrolled in the Hong Kong University Master's in Counselling and graduated with honors.

Today I can see how my meandering prepared me for becoming a counsellor, as I weave evidence-based therapies, yoga philosophy and coaching into my practice.

A French native, I am fully bilingual in English, having lived around the world for over 20 years with my Franco-American family. This informs my work with expats who navigates the ups and downs of living abroad and repatriating. Doing so, I gained experience in supporting people through depression, anxiety, eating disorder, trauma and life transition as well as couples through relationship crisis.

Philosophically, my practice is rooted in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for which in am continuously supervised. I personally experience the power of acceptance and value base living and have witnessed many times how it helped my clients get unstuck and find meaning.
Over the years, my work also became informed with IFS (Internal Family System) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as I find that they complement ACT in accessing the more emotional and intuitive self.

As a counsellor I am often describe as energetic, 300% there for my clients, intuitive and genuine (sometimes funny too).
